During this course, we have very proactive and welcoming to fix gaps and ensure we make everything comfortable and serve the best to our guests. However, while we received your comment, we were taken aback. We started our investigation and found some interesting clues about your stay and nuisance you and your friend Vaibhav Nandwani created at Monkbase on 24th April'24. Will post some details here for transparency: 1. You guys arrived at the property at night around 10PM-11 PM (IST) on 24th April'24. 2. Our team asked you for your identity proof, however you requested us for a room at first since you were tired, and you did not share the identity proof even after our multiple requests. 3. During your checkout the next day i.e. 25th May'24, we received only the front side of the Identity proof of your friend (Mr. Vaibhav Nandwani) but did not receive yours at all. So, we never knew if you stayed with us. 4. To trace you in our database, we called one of our guests Mr. Vaibhav Nandwani who stayed with us on 24th May’24 to enquire about you (if you stayed with him on that night). He mentioned that it was you with him on that night. He accepted that all was good w.r.t stay and service, but he did not like our team following the protocol of asking for identity proof. To see such unwelcoming behavior and usage of words, we would like to say that it is not only depressing but also unjustifiable to see travelers/guests like you demeaning our name and work. We follow process and protocol for the safety of our guests, however, people like you freely break it and then blame us for it. While we investigated your google profile, it looked liked as if it is a habit of yours to demean different service providers around the country (especially in Bengaluru) and so, we have given a strict instructions to our team to not allow any of you in Monkbase for the next time. More
