I always buy cake from here, but today I went back to get cake, I asked the staff a simple question, is it possible to have round shaped pineapple flavour cake, one your staff replying Ye koi tabela hai kya .. Someone goes to your shop to buy a cake and not to ruin their whole day..Teach your staff manners of how to talk to customer..The franchise owner should also take care of all these things, especially the Monginis team, he should pay attention to all these things. Monginis is a brand, how can its value be maintained? By opening such stores, the name of the franchise owner and the franchise is being spoiled. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Since few 3/4 times whenever purchasing pastries from anjurphata’s monginis it feels like they are giving pastry which they have stored from more than 2/3 days. Doesn’t seem fresh at all and the taste is very worst . I shouldn’t say this to food but not at all worth eating. A single pastry isn’t finished by anyone at home. Please provide fresh stuff to your customers Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
