Awful food and unprofessional people.

I have been to Monginis a few times to buy birthday cake. They have no concern about customer feedback.

Go to "cake and cafe" near gadital, they serve freshly baked cakes.

Very cheap quality food is available at this outlet.
I'm the regular customer of monginis cake shop.
First time I visit this outlet and ordered pastries, puffs and roll's. The pastry was ok but puff and roll were very terrific. They were cold and very dry and were not eatable. No proper service at this outlet.
