We have purchased hazzulnut 1 kg cake from store. Which is very unpleasant and odor full cake. You guys are selling expired cake and playing with people's life. This can be harm someone health because of having your expried cake.

Very bad service, we took chicken tikka roll and paneer patties. The chicken tikka was smelling bad and i paid for 2 paneer patties, instead of 2 they gave me 1. Such a horrible monginis fort. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

**Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Expired Cake – Request for Refund** Dear Monginis Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a very unpleasant experience I had with your cake shop located at **CSMT Borabazar**. On **20th June night**, I purchased a **Chocolate Cake worth ₹450/-** from your outlet. However, when we cut the cake during our gathering, we were extremely shocked and disappointed by the **spoiled taste** of the cake. The cake tasted expired and completely inedible. We were **8 people**, and none of us could eat even a small piece due to the terrible taste. As a **regular customer of Monginis**, I have always trusted your quality. But this experience was **extremely upsetting** and unexpected. I also tried calling the shop owner, but there was **no response**. After the incident, I visited the shop again at **12:36 AM**, but it was already closed. This incident completely ruined our celebration.
