I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by the Mahim outlet. The quality of the products received was unacceptable; the items were stale, unhygienic, and clearly expired and very weird smell from the food. It appears that the staff at this location are not attentive to the condition of the items they are sending out. I urge prospective customers to carefully inspect their purchases before leaving the outlet, as the staff seem to prioritize profit over quality and hygiene. This experience has unfortunately tarnished the brand image of Monginis, and I hope immediate action will be taken to address these issues. If you want to go hospital then surely order from this outlet. staff gesture was very pathetic and unprofessional behaving like street vendors. The Monginis cake shop near mahim station,we went somewhat late around 10:30 -11 pm luckily cake shop was open and cakes were there. We bought Dutch chocolate cake.it tasted amazing and looked very nice
