Very disappointing experience with the shop owner. I had placed an order for a cheesecake but, due to some personal reasons, I couldn’t pick it up at the time. When I revisited the shop around 2–3 weeks later, the owner confronted me and scolded me over the missed pickup, claiming he suffered a loss. It’s understandable that missed orders can be inconvenient, but as a customer, I didn’t expect such unprofessional and rude behavior over a single item. In any business, there are bound to be occasional no-shows—it’s part of the trade. Treating customers with such negativity is not acceptable and has completely turned me away from visiting again.

This cake shop never disappoint when it comes to any design given by us. They provide best service in our area. Superb finishing and delicious in taste. Yesterday's cake was lovely and yummy. Thanks and keep it up.
