Today we visited Monginis and had a very disappointing experience due to the staff’s behavior. The staff was not listening properly to what we were ordering. We asked for one item, but they gave us something completely different. When we clearly told them that we did not want that item, the staff started forcing us to make the payment anyway. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.Ignoring customers, giving the wrong items, and then pressuring them to pay is not expected from a well-known brand like Monginis. This experience has left a very bad impression. Absolutely pathetic experience at Monginis—twice, and both times equally terrible. If you’re thinking of takeaway, be prepared to eat straight out of plastic or use your hands like it’s some roadside stall. They REFUSE to give even a single plate or tissue, not even if you ask or offer to pay. This isn’t cost-cutting, it’s sheer laziness and zero regard for customers. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Totally unacceptable and not worth your money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway
