Firstly, I was extremely disheartened by the rude and unprofessional behavior of your staff. Their lack of courtesy and unwillingness to assist customers properly was unacceptable and not in line with the customer service standards I have come to expect from a reputed brand like Monginis. <br>Secondly, the hygiene conditions at the outlet were far below satisfactory.
