Today around 6:30pm 10th Mar 2025 I purchased a small Black Forest cake but was surprised to get a White Forest instead when we cut the cake. I had asked again n again to the Lady is this black Forest, which she confirmed. This is absolutely not acceptable in a service industry. Should be truthful if product not available. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible for wheelchair.

Worst bakery shop in the town, ordered birthday cake for daughter birthday, the pink color used is not at food color and the stained my hands and mouth and is not even going away with soap.
