If you have never come across Chinese cuisine, you should order a table and try the menu at this restaurant. A lot of visitors point out that waiters serve perfectly cooked fish here. Food delivery is a big plus of Mom's Kitchen. A number of reviewers have noticed that the staff is courteous at this place. Many guests think that the service is nice. The charming ambiance makes a positive impression on customers. But google users rated this place and it didn't earn a high rating.

We ordered 2 main course and 2 starter items for delivery. On placing the order we were told it would take half an hour to prepare the order, which was fine(order placed at 1.39 pm. Post half an hour when we didn’t get any updates- we called. On call it was told that it’d take another 10-15 mins. Still not having the order we called again and we were told that the person has left for delivery. We didn’t receive the food hence called again, the lady said there’s one more order to deliver, hence it’s getting delayed. We received the order at 3.35pm which was ridiculous. It clearly seemed that the order was just cooked to sell it. No flavour, no taste. This has been the most horrible food ordering experience. 1. They didn’t even apologise for it being late 2. Food quality was awful. Fell sick for two days. 3. Despite all the delay and everything no compensation was given and we were made to pay the amount in full. The arrogance and attitude the lady carries isn’t acceptable to run a restaurant. If quality can’t be provided it just doesn’t justify the cost. If you wish to wait two hours for a simple order, just order it online from some good restaurant. You would receive it on time Atleast if not for the taste. Horrible experience with the outlet! 10/10 WILL NEVER IN THIS LIFE ORDER AGAIN Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
