I am compelled to give a 1-star rating because Google doesn't allow me to express my dissatisfaction more negatively. As a regular customer for the past two years, I have encountered deeply unethical behavior from Mommy’s Chicken. On March 13th, I placed an order for ₹636.00, which was never delivered due to the unavailability of a delivery driver. I was promised a refund within 3 to 4 working days, but I am still waiting. Additionally, on March 11th, I placed another order for ₹891 through their online platform, only to discover that part of the order was unavailable. If items are out of stock, the system should not allow orders to be placed! Moreover, the outstanding difference of ₹106 has yet to be refunded. When I raised this issue over the phone, the manager assured me that the amount would be refunded within two days. After four days of waiting and following up, I was shocked to be told that there is no refund policy in place. This entire experience highlights a troubling pattern of unethical business practices that are simply unacceptable. Your online platform is the worst I have encountered, and the handling of my concerns has been equally poor. The owner never takes the time to address issues, leaving employees to deal with the fallout of these poor practices. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹800–1,000
