Dear Miss. Shreya, I am very sorry that such an incident happened with you at our resort. We generally request our guests to take care of their belongings themselves, especially during weddings. That said, our entire premises are covered with CCTV cameras, and we also have a lost and found department that performs its duties with complete honesty. Guests have always been returned their valuables. As far as our security guards are concerned, firstly, they are not allowed to enter any rooms, and if one has done so with you, please let me know which security guard it was. The resort management will take strict action against them. The resort management cares about its guests and is always committed to their comfort and security.
