Ordered tandoori momos. What arrived had the confidence of tandoori momos but the flavour profile of regret. Absolutely bland. Zero spice. Zero soul. The order-taking experience was a suspense thriller. Our order was taken, forgotten, rediscovered, and then delayed like a bad train schedule. After waiting close to 30 minutes, we were generously informed it would take “just 3–4 more minutes”… a phrase that clearly lives in an alternate universe. The owner or person in charge was exceptionally rude, as if basic customer interaction was an optional DLC for running a food business. This place is a masterclass in what happens when anybody and everybody opens a momo stall without understanding flavour, time management, or basic courtesy. A perfect case study titled: “How Not to Run a Small Café (That Isn’t Popular for a Reason).” Would not recommend unless you enjoy waiting, bland food, and attitude served extra. ️. Moktu magic has some of the best nepalese dumplings I've ever tased! The variety on the menu kept us coming for more. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
