Report incorrect information
I thought it was genuine miscommunication but when I'm more calm and days later, I can think it was the question that irked him. The staf's name as per him was Akshay Kumar not sure how far he is right but he was this fat guy(I don't know any other identification). Bad and rude customer management skills .
