I’ve been ordering from Mojo pizza for many years now, and my kids love the pepperoni pizza. On this occasion I ordered a large pizza, but was sent a medium size pizza which was cut into 6 pieces. I ordered it directly from mojo pizza app vs Swiggy or Zomato. Firstly, there is no phone customer service and we have to send an email to EatClub. They responded that it’s correct and refused to address the issue. Inspire of proving them images of the pizza and its box, they refused to accept their mistake. With this experience, I’m surely not going to be ordering from mojo pizza. The customer service person I dealt with at EatClub was Nisha, and I’m putting this out there for you guys to improve .
