Delayed Delivery: The order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive and it's just 2 KM AWAY!!! Completely Damaged Food: The pizzas were totally trashed and not fit for consumption. I have already shared pictures—please check. Unprofessional Customer Support: EatClub’s support was rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, they told me to eat the damaged pizza and refused to take responsibility, saying Zomato should handle it.
