Extremely Disappointing – Treated Very Poorly I had one of the most disappointing experiences at Mohit Bakery. We went there looking forward to enjoying some snacks, but were instead met with rude and disrespectful behavior. After placing our order, we were asked to pay first — which was fine. But when I went to the counter, the person there suddenly told us we couldn’t sit in a certain area unless we paid more. When I asked for clarity, he changed his statement and said the place was “for four people only,” even though there were several people sitting alone or in pairs in the same section. It felt like we were being singled out and targeted for no reason. After billing, he didn’t say a word — but when we sat down for barely 5 minutes, he came again and asked us to move. We tried to address this with the owner, hoping for some basic decency or responsibility, but he remained completely silent — no apology, no concern. What’s worse is that just before us, another customer was already shouting at the same staff member for misbehaving. Clearly, this is not the first time. We ended up taking a refund and leaving, deeply disappointed and hurt. No one deserves to be treated like this. I would seriously advise others to avoid such places where customers are treated so poorly and where basic courtesy is missing. What is the point of Expanding your shop and treating customers like this you guys were better when you had a small shop .. deeply hurt today .. and recommend everyone to stop visiting this place and rather visit a small eatery where at least customers are treated equally Service: 1
