The restaurant delivered incomplete order. And when contacted for refund or deli ery of balance items, they not only refused to do the same but also stopped picking up the phone. Very impolite and rude way of shying away from grievance. It was their fault and they were trying to palm it off to zomato deli ery partner. Also the packaging of the items received was cheap roadside stall type packaging and the samosas were soggy and seemed to be fried multiple times

I am an old customer of Mohan Sweets, like 20- 25 years old customer. I went to the store and found the incharge and the manager to stoop to the ugliest low level. Don't know how to deal with customers. Extremely disrespectful. If such is the standard of the sweet shop now , it should close immediately. More over the clothes of the staff arebso dirty and they touch the sweets with bare hands. No wonder this sweet shop cannot compete with Sweet home and harilal. Pathetic staff behaviour and low quality sweets with pathetic taste. Either improve in competition or close down now!
