I had a disappointing experience with Mohan Bakery. The food I received was not only expired but also had a foul smell. It was clear that quality control was lacking, as several items were unappetizing and unsafe to eat. I reached out to them, but the response was unsatisfactory. Yesterday i visited Mohan Bakery Kurukshetra at Sector 17. and i picked some items to be packed and inaksrd the billing counter to bill the itmes but unfortunately HDFC Bank’s UPI was not working for that time..so i went back to my car and picked some cash to make payment and instead of making payment first i again want to pick some more food but the serving guy with long hairs refused to pick the food and said i have to make the payment first and then i will pick out the items i want to choose. And then i told him that i have hard cash to pay off but again he replied “”pehle payment krke aao uske baad mein aapki items nikaunha counter se”” so this is the treatment and services they are offering to the local public if somehow UPI is not working so they need to submit the cash first and only then they will pick up what you need to be packed. Worst and worst service..and even this will surely be a stigma on somebody’s credibility and reputation. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
