Disappointed I had a very disappointing experience at Mody Bakery Mala. I visited the shop recently and ordered few snacks, but when I checked the bill, I noticed an extra charge for a food item I never ordered. I immediately brought it to their attention, but they were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. It was frustrating because I had trusted them to charge me fairly, but instead, I was charged for something I didn’t even request. The lack of professionalism in addressing my concern was concerning, and I felt completely ignored. I expected much better service, especially when it comes to being transparent with billing. I won’t be returning, and I would advise others to double-check their receipts carefully if they decide to visit.
