Most pathetic food we had ordered pav bhaji which was very salty and when we asked manager to change it he was explaining us that it’s bcz of cheese it’s taste like this and he ignored this is the most rude and very unprofessional behaviour . I have visited modern cafe many times I didn’t got this service but modern pride staff and food are worst don’t waste your money on such worst hotels who don’t care about there customers . When you returned to the counter, our manager spoke with the waiter to address the issue in your presence. We also made sure to offer the food at no charg which you refused,as we understand your dissatisfaction. We truly value your feedback and hope you will give us another chance.
