Third class quality of bread. We got copper wires in the bread while eating. The bread got stale before the expiry date which shows the low quality ingredients they use.Even though as a customer l tried to complain to them and fssai. They didnt care. They gave me a loaf of bread for compensation of the life taking copper wire and risk to our family. From fssai we got the answer they are not at fault. This shows how the system is corrupt and people belive in such brands. I even showed the videos and photos of the copper wire but l never got any response from anyone. The modern bread people gave excuse it's a night batch bread so it happened. You think people are foolish and illiterate. But we are not ...atleast l am aware of what's happening or not. Such a big brand is using low quality ingredients and presence of copper wire shows the quality you maintain. Most third class quality and how they value their customers is also seen!!!!
