I called this morning, all ready to bring the building down. But, fortunately for me I got to speak with Vijeya (The manager on duty). She patiently listened to my rattle and accepted and promised to speak with their supplier. Within an hour of my call, not only was new item of equivalent value sent to my home but also saved me the trouble to drive down only to replace a bad purchase. Thank you Vijeya for your service and patience. It means so much when people are only willing to listen. Thank you for not ruining my morning. You made it easier. All the best!!

Today I went to Modern Bazaar to get a Jar of Achaar which is my favourite. I was carrying my puppy in my hands, she had her Harness and lease on too. The guard at the Dwarka' Modern Bazaar did not let me enter the shop. I would have just taken 5 mins to get the Jar of Pickle. My puppy doesn't bark, she is super friendly and not at all agressive in any way. The guard asked me rather rudely to leave my puppy (IG: zoobieshihtzu) at the Gate itself...i refused.
I felt like i was illegally trying to enter some place where I have no access.
You know you lost a loyal customer today...i purchase stuff worth 6-7k every month from you.
Inclusivity towards customers' need will make you a better Brand.
