Disappointed with Modern Bakery's Burger. As someone who appreciates a good burger, my recent visit to Modern Bakery in Attingal left much to be desired. Despite the bakery's promising name, the burger I tried was far from modern or satisfying. I'd like to share my experience in this candid review. Upon entering the bakery, I was greeted by a cozy ambiance and a tempting display of pastries and baked goods. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I ordered their burger. Firstly, the presentation was lackluster. The burger looked hastily assembled and lacked any aesthetic appeal. The bun appeared stale, and the toppings seemed uninspired. However, I decided to give it a chance, hoping that the taste would redeem its appearance. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The burger was dry and overcooked, making it difficult to chew. The patty lacked flavor and tasted more like a frozen, mass-produced product than a freshly prepared one. The vegetables were limp and seemed like they had been sitting out for too long. Moreover, the overall experience was marred by poor service. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, further adding to my disappointment. In conclusion, my visit to Modern Bakery in Attingal was a letdown, particularly due to the subpar burger I had there. With unimpressive presentation, lackluster taste, and indifferent service, I cannot recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a satisfying burger experience.
