When customers appreciation and positive feedback is taken for granted, you end up where cafe MOCHA is today.I was appalled to see the basic hygiene being ignored and keen to know when the owners last visited this place.Stained upholstery and poorly laid furniture made the seating and ambience so unpleasant. Arrogant and ill-trained staff added to the misery.The fusion menu is still something to admire about. @Owners&Management: Do mind the harsh feedback and visit once.
