I visited Mocha, Raipur on Sunday, 4/1/2026, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Right from the beginning, the experience was terrible. The service was extremely slow, and the staff was highly unprofessional. There was no coordination, no urgency, and absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. We ordered beer, which is a ready-to-drink beverage, yet it took them 15 minutes just to serve that. A cold coffee followed after an unbelievable 30 minutes, and the food items took around 45 minutes to arrive. Every single thing we ordered was delayed, and not once did the staff give a proper explanation or apology. What made matters worse was the attitude of the staff—they appeared careless, poorly trained, and completely uninterested. For a place that positions itself as a premium café, this level of service is unacceptable. The situation became so frustrating that we eventually had to cancel two food items, paid the bill for whatever little was served, and left the restaurant to go to another place that could actually cater to customers properly. That itself says everything about how bad the experience was. A restaurant might survive with average food, but bad service destroys the entire experience, and Mocha Raipur failed miserably on every front. This visit was a complete waste of time and money. I will never visit this place again and would strongly advise others to avoid it unless they are okay with endless waiting and poor treatment. Worst experience ever. My rating: 0/100. Suitable for all age groups. Good atmosphere food and service. I also suggest the mocktails ..they are really good especially with cold drinks.
