I used to travel nearly 20 km every weekend for this place because I genuinely believed they understood hospitality. Turns out, I was very wrong.One visit, the food was cold, stale and oily. I mentioned it politely and was argued with. I still came back, thinking it was a one-off.But the owner’s behaviour on my next visits made it clear the problem wasn’t the food, it was her.She approached me like expecting warm food is a crime. Today, even though the food was actually good, she stormed over and said,“By looking at your face it doesn’t look like you like it.”Impressive psychic abilities and customer service all in one.When I reminded her I had given a positive review earlier, she replied,“I don’t care, you may go ahead and change the review if you like.”At that point it became obvious: her goal was to humiliate me.Instead, she gave a perfect demonstration of zero emotional stability and an even lower ability to handle basic feedback.Some people can’t handle reality, and some definitely can’t handle running a business.I didn’t leave feeling humiliated just amazed at how fast she can turn a loyal customer into an ex-customer without even trying.The food can be decent.But the attitude?That’s the most consistently stale thing here.Hope my food wasn’t poisoned toady, as I am already feeling unwell after eating there

For a place that boasts about its coffee and desserts in kind of surprised how people come back. The coffee was so acidic that the charm of the dessert also went away. Though the desserts were good but the coffee just killed the mood.
