My go-to restaurant for Mizo food. Mizo food is, in general, very healthy. And while I am in Aizawl for a long time, I can't eat restaurant food daily. But Mizo Diner hits differently. Their thali is very homestyle with healthy dishes, less oil, optimum salt, and no fried stuff. Good vegetarian options if you know what it is. I usually had to ask them for a description to understand something is vegetarian or not.
