I visited Mitron Kandivali for the first and definitely the last time, and the experience was beyond disappointing. I don’t even drink, so I simply ordered a Coke - pretty straightforward. But out of nowhere, the bartender Arun decided he needed to “check” my drink as if I had smuggled alcohol from outside.Honestly, I would still try to understand if I was alone, acting suspicious, or anything remotely questionable - but I wasn’t. I was literally with someone connected to their management. And yet, Arun’s attitude was so unnecessarily arrogant and disrespectful that it completely ruined the visit.If that’s how he treats someone accompanied by someone connected to their management, I can’t imagine how he treats regular customers. The way he questioned me felt utterly rude, intrusive, and out of line. Instead of basic courtesy, I got interrogated over a Coke.Mitron really needs to get their staff - especially Arun - to understand the bare minimum. Because if this is their standard of behavior, I have zero interest in ever stepping in again.

Visited Mittron at Avenue in Kandivali East for dinner and we had such a great time. The ambience is beautiful with full party vibes and even on a weekday the place was lively with a great crowd. The DJ was on point and added to the fun atmosphere.We ordered the pineapple ginger mojito and strawberry daiquiri mocktail, both were very refreshing. In starters, we tried the truffle mushroom bao and murg pahadi kebab, and they were absolutely delicious. For mains, we had the burrata cheese pizza and veg lasagne which were super cheesy and flavorful. We ended our meal with sizzling brownies and they were the perfect sweet ending.Overall, we had a wonderful experience. It’s one of the best places for a fun dine-in with friends, family and loved ones. A special thanks to Mr. Kaushal for the best service. Very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
