This place used to be called Mitron, and while the name has changed, the overall experience hasn’t improved much. Most of the times I’ve been here, the restaurant has been almost empty, which makes the space feel a bit flat despite the attempt at a lounge-style setup. The food is okay but very forgettable. Nothing is bad enough to complain about, but nothing really stands out either. For the prices they charge, especially given the location, you expect something more consistent or distinctive, but it all feels fairly average. Service is similar—staff are polite but not particularly attentive, and there’s no sense of urgency or effort to elevate the experience. What really puts you off, though, is the insistence on a cover charge even when the place is completely empty. That feels unnecessary and hard to justify when there’s no crowd, no live music, and no premium experience being offered. Overall, it’s not a terrible place, but there’s also no strong reason to choose it over the many better options nearby. Average food, average service, and an unjustified cover charge make it unlikely that I’d return. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that our venue offers different seating categories, including premium tables with a higher cover charge. Your booking was for regular seating, and premium tables are allotted only with the corresponding cover, irrespective of overall occupancy. Earlier, we had an understanding with Mitron, due to which the venue operated as Mitron at George fort. That understanding has been ended, and the venue now operates solely as George Restaurant. We appreciate all guest feedback and continue working towards improving the overall experience.
