Extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the staff along with the manager at this outlet (DUMDUM MITRA CAFE). They are ill-mannered and have no sense of customer service. Just because the shop gets some crowd, the staff think they can treat customers however they like. A little success has clearly gone to their heads, and they've forgotten basic etiquette. Very unprofessional experience would not recommend visiting this place if you expect decent treatment. First learn how to respect your customers, then think about running a restaurant.
