The quantity felt a bit less for the price mentioned on the invoice.The salted caramel flavor was slightly overshadowed by the coffee — a bit more balance could make it even better.The appearance was very appealing and inviting.The packaging was extensive — possibly could be simplified a bit for sustainability.

Me and my colleague visited Mitico cafe today. Such a cozy cafe and had a delightful experience. The food was fresh and presented beautifully. The ambience was warm and inviting, perfect mix of comfort and style, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. The service was equally impressive friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy good food in a pleasant setting. The place has a very musty smell. It’s looks dirty and unhygienic. The servers also aren’t very knowledgeable. I’d ordered an Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte. And had specifically asked if the strawberries used are fresh. I was told with a lot of confidence that they are. We paid ₹480 for 2 below average beverages. One doesn’t become Third Wave by simply increasing the pricing. This was a bad experience. 1/10.
