First of all they need to decide whether they want to run it as a restaurant or bakery or cake shop. Keeping one leg on everything may spoil the show. When I visited on the lunch hour only one single person was doing all the works including table service, tea preparation, bakery items supply, packing for delivery customers & collecting cash from customers. I wonder whether the same person does the cleaning and cooking too! Disappointed. May not visit again...
