I felt uncomfortable during my visit. I asked for permission to taste a sweet and was allowed, but later I was told tasting is not permitted and was charged ₹50 for it. Please ensure your staff clearly communicate policies and charges in advance.. owner is very rude and arrogant..I suggest Never go to a place where customers are not treated well. I had bought rose modaks from Mithai World for Ganpati Puja two days ago, and to my shock, I found a hard piece of plastic inside one of them. It was really disappointing—and honestly, quite scary. Imagine if a child or an elderly person had bitten into it. It could have caused real harm. I chose Mithai World thinking they’d maintain proper quality, especially during a festival like Ganesh Chaturthi. But this kind of carelessness is unacceptable. I hope they take this seriously and improve their quality checks.
