I ordered Kurkure Momos from New Mithai Ghar via Swiggy and had a very disappointing and concerning experience. The momos were extremely oily, and the oil had a foul, stale smell — clearly not fresh or hygienic. Shortly after eating, I experienced a stomach ache and other health issues. This wasn’t just about poor taste or quality — it was a serious food safety issue. To be clear, I’m not writing this for a refund or compensation. If that were my intention, I would have raised it immediately. My concern is with the hygiene and safety standards being followed. It’s alarming that food in such condition can be delivered without any quality checks. Swiggy should seriously re-evaluate vendors like New Mithai Ghar to ensure customer health is not compromised. Please be cautious when ordering from unfamiliar restaurants — it’s not worth risking your health.
