Most people note that chole bhature is tasty. A lot of guests mark that the staff is efficient here. Spectacular service is something that visitors highlight in their reviews. You will definitely like the enjoyable atmosphere. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give this restaurant a high rating.

I ordered the Deluxe Thali from Mithaas expecting a fulfilling and honest meal, but was left quite disappointed. On inspecting the thali, it was clear that the paneer portion had been deliberately shifted from one compartment to another — most likely to reduce the apparent quantity. It was moved from the main pocket to a much smaller section, making it evident that this wasn’t just careless packaging but a deliberate attempt to cut corners.This kind of manipulation not only feels dishonest but also affects the overall experience, especially when you’re paying for a “deluxe” meal. The rest of the thali was average — nothing particularly special to justify the premium pricing.Mithaas seriously needs to reconsider such practices if they value customer trust. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to better quality control and integrity in future orders.

Purchase sweets regularly but recently bought Jilibi from Gaur City 2 branch on 29 June 24. All three parsons including my guest became sick after eating it. After getting sure that Jilibi was the reason for our sickness, I complaint on 12 July 24. But there is no formal complain process. The branch manager only listen the complain but not able to complain in written. It was surprising that the manager asked me to take his number for future requirement. I insisted to keep contact and do the investigation and let me know over phone. He took my no. unwillingly.
