Miss Nora… A Transactional Relationship.Before making my reservation, I had clearly mentioned on the booking portal that I was visiting to celebrate my 15th anniversary. The ambience was pleasant, the food was acceptable… but hospitality, unfortunately, fell far short of expectation.I even asked the manager if they had planned any small gesture to make the evening special — perhaps a slice of pastry or a simple dessert from their end. Despite having a full dessert menu, the request was flatly denied.It was never about the money; when we are already spending generously, we can always spend a little more. But in the hospitality industry, service matters far more than the product. A thoughtful gesture often outweighs an expensive dish.Knowing it was our anniversary, the restaurant made absolutely no effort to make us feel special — something we have always experienced at many other places.There was a coldness in the vibe, a complete lack of personal touch, and no sense of guest delight.Regretfully, I would not revisit this place, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
