Worst service. I ordered a customized cake almost a week before the delivery date. While taking the order they said they will do as per the reference design shown. They will photo print the shared pic(calendar of a month) on top of the cake. But it will be minimum of 2kg. Even though I wanted a cake of 1kg, I had to go for 2kg because they said that's minimum for that cake.But when they delivered the cake, it was very very different from the shared reference design, to which they had agreed. The photo was cropped and many parts were missing. The writings were extremely bad and messy. Not at all clear. I had never expected this service even after communicating the information very clearly. Just to make sure everything goes well, I had visited their shop 3/4 times before delivery date. But at the end it was very very disappointing. The cake was a simple vanilla cake. Still the quality was not good. It was very dry. I would suggest not to give order of any customized cake.
