The truth is that you will really enjoy nicely cooked rolls. A number of people suppose that the staff is cool at this place. Fast service is something visitors agree upon here. The atmosphere is enjoyable, as clients see it. But Mio Amore - The Cake Shop (Liluah) hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

The worst mio Amore I have ever visited in terms of staff behaviour. Today I visited around 9:15 there was a guy and lady. The guy was concerned to listen to me, he was busy talking about some order for next day. I kept my cool I had to ask him 3 times then he finally listened. Then he put my food in the oven and forgot about it. Lastly I bought a chicken 65 roll so I gave him 100 RS note. He was saying stuff like "5 rupiya nahi la Sakte hai" what kind of rubbish and rude behaviour is this and the female staff was sitting there scrolling her phone. The guy seemed to be disabled, if you are going to keep disabled people at work kindly atleast teach them manners to talk to customers. The most third class and worst mio Amore I have every visited. Kindly change the staff. It's better to go to Bally or Belur rather than visiting this third class place. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have visited many Mio amore outlets till date and have had a great experience. But this was the first time I went to mio amore shop near Lilua R.D.Mall and the experience was pathetic. The shop staff are don't know how to behave with the customer how to greet them their not at all trained. Their behave is like they are superior and they feed customers for free. Pathetic service. Illiterate staff.
