Recently I ordered from Mio Amore through Zomato. The order included fish chop and a few other items, which were delivered to me in an unacceptable condition.To my shock, the food arrived completely frozen and emitted a rotten, foul smell, clearly indicating that it was not fresh and unfit for consumption. This not only ruined my experience but also raised serious concerns about food safety and hygiene standards being followed.I request you to investigate this matter urgently and take appropriate action against the outlet for delivering spoiled food. I also expect a full refund for the order and assurance that such an incident will not happen again.
