The efficient staff welcomes guests all year round. Fast service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, prices are good. As many reviewers say, the ambiance is charming.
The ice-cream very regular-ish, like what you'd get out of an Amul packet.
It's worth an experience but wasn't really my cup of tea.
If only I would have been able to experience the true flavour of a freshly prepared Nitro icecream I would have given it 5/5.
I was absolutely disappointed because of this... I came all the way from Pune to experience a Nitro icecream with hubby and it didn't turn out the way I wanted it... ????
Hubby please write the good stuff now...

ASHs REVIEW...
We always wanted to try this place out ever since we've been visiting Cubic Mall in Chembur. The opportunity presented itself when my wife decided to treat me one fine day.
The ice cream parlour is easily accessible in Cubic Mall and they accept all forms of digital payments.
The staff is well informed and for newbies like us that's a real help.
Basically this outlet serves two types of ice creams... One variant is Creamlette and the other is Nitro. If you want to go for ice cream rolls, your choice should be Creamlette; however if you want to try out an ice cream in a cup or a cone, you should opt for Nitro.
As the name suggests, Nitro are their signature ice cream line prepared with liquifued nitrogen.
Unfortunately, neither me nor my wife could experience the making of the Nitro ice creams which was a real shame since we had specifically come to watch the ice cream being prepared ????
On the other hand Creamlettes are prepared on a cold plate chilled with the help of dry ice. This is more labour intensive and take some time to prepare - however the flavours you get would not be possible in a normal ice cream.
We tried both Creamlette as well as Nitro.
First we order the Coffee Walnut Oreo Saga. This ice cream was a Creamlette prepared in form of a roll. We could see all the ingredients tossed on the cold plate and then mashed together to prepare our dessert.
Next we went for Red Velvet and Choco Hazelnut Treat. Even though this was prepared on a cold plate (just like a regular Creamlette), we asked the staff to serve it in a waffle cone.
Finally, we wanted to give Nitro a try despite our initial disappointment. We opted for the Pan Masala Special flavour. It was served in a cup with gulkand and bits of jelly garnished on top... Nice!
All the three ice creams were delightful and creamy - full of flavour since they are freshly prepared. Serving size is also satisfactory.
Minus 301 Degrees F brings something new to Chembur as far as ice cream parlours are concerned. Loved the idea of Creamlettes and Nitros. If they maintain the same quality and service level, I'm sure we'll see a lot more outlets pop up thoughout the city.
