"Extremely disappointing experience. The plates were unnecessarily heavy, making it uncomfortable to even carry the food. On top of that, the food was completely tasteless — no flavor, no freshness, nothing worth remembering. Totally not worth the time or money."

I recently stayed at Hotel Ivy, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and well-trained—hats off to them for their outstanding service! However, while Hotel Ivy is a 4-star property, the pricing is on par with 5-star hotels, which raises expectations. Unfortunately, certain aspects fell short of justifying the premium pricing. The restaurant menu was quite basic, and the breakfast was mediocre, more akin to what you’d find in a regular hotel rather than a premium one. With some improvements in the dining options, the hotel could offer better value for money and a more well-rounded experience. Service: 5
