Ministry of Eggs, located within the bustling Food Court of Lodha Xperia Mall on Kalyan-Shilphata Road, is a dining destination that specializes in egg-based dishes. Catering to diverse tastes, the restaurant offers a range of cuisines including Chinese, Fast Food, and Street Food. Ministry of Eggs opens its doors from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, making it convenient for both early diners and those seeking a later bite.
The establishment provides takeaway services and accepts reservations for those planning ahead. Visitors have had mixed experiences. While some hail it as an essential stop for egg enthusiasts with its varied offerings like Egg Schezwan Fried Rice, others find certain culinary efforts lacking, with one remarking only water impressively stood out. For accompaniment with meals, the restaurant has notably stirred mixed reviews regarding their salad offerings.
The recent visitor feedback is dated, the most current being from two years ago, giving potential patrons few current insights into dining expectations. Without updated owner information or direct communication about changing menus or service improvements, patrons might tread cautiously while exploring this spot. As such, diners are encouraged to judge based on recent changes, if any, they've experienced in person.
They know how to spoil your egg bhurji and egg curry. Never thought someone who specialises im egg dishes can make dishes so bad . Don't waste your money . Only good thing you can buy here is water .

All the dishes we tried were unique on its own. Egg Lasuni Rolls was soft and buttery. The
eggs inside were soft and well seasoned. The outer chapati was also soft and a little fluffy.
Felt nice to eat. The roll was very buttery and delicious. It was a little spicy and a lot flavorful.
Lahori Combo had a red gravy with boiled eggs cut in it and green tempering over it. Tasted
a lot similar to pav bhaji but was way different. The gravy was flavorful, spicy and thick.
Masala Boiled Eggs were mildly spiced but tasted very well. The egg were boiled perfectly,
there was no sights of an overboiled egg. Paav served with the gravy was paired perfectly
and even complimented the gravy with its buttery and fluffy texture.
Egg Paplet was very unique dish, it was an omelette filled with spicy red gravy and green
masala on top with a load of cheese. The omelette was soft and creamy, tasted so freaking
good with the gravy inside and cheesy flavor complimented it very well. Eating Egg Paplet
with Paav is just perfectly pairing.
All dishes served at Ministry Of Eggs are unique and one of its kind.
