My recent visit to Ministry of Brew Restro in Sector 11 Panchkula left me deeply disappointed. From the moment I entered, the staff's attitude was unwelcoming. When it came time to settle the bill, things took a turn for the worse. The staff, including the manager, were exceptionally rude and unprofessional. They made the payment process unnecessarily difficult and seemed disinterested in providing good service. Their behavior was disrespectful and made me feel unwelcome. Overall, it was a distressing experience, and I would caution others against dining there until significant improvements are made in their customer service and professionalism. Just to avail 50% discount you guys crossed your limits and this offer is for 4 guests as it is clearly mentioned on the booking app and sub essa hi karte rahe to hmare business ka kya hoga...apni galti koi nahi batata free ka khana chiye apko .....public ko sachai btao brother...
