I visited Ministry of Beer recently with high expectations, but the experience was soured by the staff’s behavior. From the moment we arrived, the attitude was indifferent and dismissive. Requests were either ignored or responded to with visible annoyance, and there was a complete lack of basic courtesy or hospitality you’d expect from a place of this stature.What should have been an enjoyable outing turned into a frustrating evening. It’s disappointing when a place with great ambiance and a solid menu fails so badly on service.
