We visited Ministry of Beer (MOB) connaught place on 23rd April 2026 expecting a decent hospitality experience, but what happened was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.We were a group of 5 people and asked for a table accordingly. At the same time, 2 other people walked in alongside us, yet the staff gave the 5-seater table to them while we were left standing for nearly 20–30 minutes without any proper arrangement.When we politely requested a screen-facing table and asked the manager to help organize seating, Manager AMAN handled the situation in the worst possible way. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, he argued with us, spoke very rudely, and outright told us to leave the place. His behavior was arrogant, disrespectful, and completely against basic hospitality standards.At one point, AMAN sarcastically said, “Should I throw out the other people?”—something we never asked for. We were only requesting fair seating arrangements, but instead he seemed more interested in provoking an argument and creating unnecessary conflict. He even used inappropriate and offensive language, making us feel unwanted and insulted as customers.Other staff members like Mr. Negi and a few others genuinely tried their best to accommodate us on another floor/area, but Aman again interfered and insisted that we leave.It is shocking that a hospitality business treats guests this way over such a simple request. A manager represents the brand, and if this is how customers are treated, it reflects very poorly on the entire establishment.Would never recommend this place if respect for customers is not even a priority. Extremely unprofessional and deeply disappointing experience. I request Navin Sachdeve to please look into this matter personally and have highly skilled people to avoid more such customer loses in future.
