Dear Sir, We respect every customer’s feedback. However, we would like to clarify the facts regarding your event. At the time of booking, the event timing was clearly agreed in writing as 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. As a gesture of goodwill, we voluntarily allowed an additional one hour extension until 4:00 PM without any extra charge. At 4:07 PM, our team politely informed you that any further extension would be chargeable on an hourly basis. At that time, we were told that only 5-7 more minutes would be required. However, the premises were vacated at approximately 6:30 PM, which was significantly beyond the agreed time. Despite the extended usage, we did not receive any additional payment. We always aim to maintain professionalism and provide quality service at highly competitive pricing with minimal margins. It is unfortunate that the situation has been represented differently in the review. We remain committed to serving all our guests with respect and transparency. - Team Virsa
