I got my order from mini food restaurant in 162 which is actually after placing the promo code should be 106 rupees,and I placed the promo code too,i have seen that after placing the code it's 106 rupees total cost.Immidiatly after deduction 162 rupees from my account I called to delivery boy he told sorry mam,i ll make u to talk zomato service person.i talked to the zomato service man he told mam may b it's occurred due to ur network problem.May u apply but actually it's not applied.my question is this if there is any network issues in my phone how it's possible to me to proceed next steps of order.This is really very disappoint me ...from last 1 yr I m using zomato I have not even single experienced like this. The food also less cooked.

We have placed an order on Sunday night from mini foods. Soon after that we realized that it was mistake to order from this food joint.

What went wrong?

Fried Rice:

Rice was of worst quality- they were thick and hard

Taste: It was one of the worst Chinese we have ever had, it tastes like stale food
. Boiled chicken was added from the top; it was not cooked along with rice.
Packing: It was in polythene packing, which makes it look cheap.

Quantity: it was ordered as full plate and was supposed to be enough for 2 however it was not even sufficient for 1 person.

Momos:

Filling: Momos were filled with veg material, not at all chicken.

Taste: They taste odd, one was tasting different from another.

Packing: they were packed in polythene, which makes it look cheap.
