Was a regular customer to this place but as days passed on the quality of food detriorated and today I had munchow soup which lead to bad coughing which is very bad the price of soup was costly too Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came to your restaurant with my friend, expecting good food and service. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. While having our meal, we found hair in the food, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic for any restaurant, especially one that charges a premium price for food. We immediately informed the server about this issue. However, instead of apologizing or taking proper action, the server simply changed the plate without any explanation or apology. This casual attitude shows a lack of concern for customer safety, hygiene standards, and service quality. Finding hair in food is a serious matter and can affect customers’ health. What disappointed us even more was the absence of any apology or accountability from your staff. This incident has completely ruined our dining experience and left a very bad impression of your restaurant. I request the management to take this complaint seriously, investigate the matter, and ensure strict hygiene and staff training in the future. Customers deserve respect, safe food, and professional service. I expect a proper response and corrective action from your side.
