Minerva Grand Tirupati (మినర్వా గ్రాండ్) I have stayed at this hotel many times whenever I visit Tirupati. It is usually our preferred place to stay because of its prime location and good service standards. However, one concern that remains unchanged is the quality of the Thali. We have shared feedback multiple times regarding the taste and improvement needed in the curries, but unfortunately, we haven’t noticed much change. The Thali items often lack spice and flavor, and the overall taste feels average. We continue dining here not because we don’t have other options, but because we genuinely hope to see improvements each time. As customers who regularly spend here, we request the management to please focus on enhancing the taste and quality of food. Food should be prepared and served with care and consistency. That said, the parking facility, staff behavior, and hospitality are very good. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and receives a huge number of guests daily due to Tirupati’s prominence. We sincerely hope the food quality improves soon so that the overall experience matches the hotel’s reputation.
