Minerva Grand Tirupati is opposite to Tirupati bus stand. On 20-Nov-2025, they arranged a buffet breakfast having doughnut, cake, tea toast, bread-butter-jam, boiled peanuts, musk melon & papaya pieces, raw soaked peanuts & sprouted moong, grape juice, pohe, pongal, idli, medu vada, poori. 2 types of vegetables, palak uttappa, 4-5 types of wet chutneys, a dry chutney/podi etc. For lunch. North Indian vegetables like mix veg, Kofta curry, phulka, tandoori butter roti, kulcha, sweet corn soup, South Indian mini thali, curd rice, sambar rice, vanilla icecream, buttermilk, sweet lassi etc. were served as a-la-carte menu. They need to reduce preparation & serving time. Before giving room keys, they need to ensure if necessary things like shaving kit, dental kit, soap, shampoo etc. have been kept there as per the No. of occupants. Also toilet paper should be provided promptly if consumed completely. They should train their entire staff on speaking Hindi & English properly. They should serve the non-South Indian dishes also faster in moderate time, but instead they suggest customers to order South Indian dishes. If hotel owner pays regular adequate salary, why does housekeeping lady do extra salutations to ladies using the washroom? As if the housekeeping lady suggests customers to give her money, tip every time... This hotel is adjacent to Reliance Fresh & RS Brothers malls. Malls have costly products but worth visiting once.
