I recently visited the Milma Café near the MILMA company in Naduvattam, and it was a highly disappointing experience. I am a regular customer of Milma products, but the staff here didn’t seem to care about that at all. I purchased an ice cream but returned within 20 minutes to exchange it for milk. Despite explaining my situation, the person at the counter refused to help and was completely dismissive. His rude behavior and lack of basic customer service shocked me. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment. Because of this incident, I have decided never to go back to this shop again. I’ve also shared my experience with my friends, and they feel the same way. I hope the management steps in to address this issue and ensures that customers are treated with respect and care.
