Hi Sir , I am sad to see this response from you Inspite of assuring you at the kitchen as you consumed the meal, that this product has not been compromised in any way. I will have to correct you about the about the issue of the smell from the chicken. Maybe you don't like the smell of sea weed , or maybe you don't like the intensity of bonestock and could have confused the flavour with that. I would like to reiterate that you are mistaken. I the owner and chef at the kitchen, double checked the product in front of you having consumed the braised chicken from the same batch and confirmed that that quality of the chicken is not compromised in way what so ever. As of today we have served close to 15 portions of the braised chicken from this same batch and have not recieved any negative feedback back at all. You are entitled to your opinion of not liking the product and if the 1 star rating was for that I would have graciously accepted your verdict. But here I must request you refrain from maligning the name of the kitchen and the product that we take extreme care to make and serve. We reject your review and hold it to no standing what so ever.
